Windows can stretch from floor to ceiling, flooding rooms with natural light. You can take full advantage of views and let your living room flow into the garden.

Individual rooms can be private and self-contained, creating real personal spaces. Or rooms can flow into one another with minimum space wasted on corridors.

The look you want
Don’t forget. This limitless choice doesn’t merely apply to the interior of your new home. You have an equally free hand in deciding the exterior surfaces. Natural stone , brick, harling, or timber; slates, tiles, thatch – or even sedum - the choice is yours; to satisfy your tastes and harmonise with your surroundings.

As you will be starting from scratch, you will have the opportunity to incorporate a cellar, perhaps with a gym or laundry or a play room for the children; even a home cinema, soundproof music room, office or a private den.
